Cancellation & Refund Policy

Plans change. What follows is what you get back, and how quickly, depending on when you tell us.

Refund schedule

• More than 45 days before departure — full refund less ₹2,000 per person processing
• 30 to 45 days — 75% of the tour cost refunded
• 15 to 29 days — 50% of the tour cost refunded
• Under 15 days — no refund, though we will try to move your seats to a later date

How long a refund takes

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

If we cancel

If a departure is called off by us for any reason, you receive the full amount back with no deduction, or the option to move to another date.
