Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM across all properties.

Only ₹2,000 per person nominal processing charge retained. Balance 100% refunded.
50% of total package cost retained as hotel retention fees.
Non-refundable. However, free date modification available subject to hotel availability.

- 30% Milestone Payment: Due 20 days before departure date.
- Final 50% Balance: Settle 7 days prior to travel or on arrival.
