Welcome to The Fox Traveller. By booking any tour, accommodation, ticket, or service through our company, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Identification Requirement

As per Government of India – Department of Tourism guidelines, all Indian & Foreign Nationals must present valid photo identification at check-in:

Passport

Adhar card 

Driving Licence

PAN Card

2. Passenger Information

Please confirm the exact number of passengers, including infants & children, at the time of booking

Vehicle will be arranged strictly based on the information provided.

Last-minute changes in the vehicle will not be possible.

3. Vehicle & Seating

Confirm your preferred vehicle type and seating capacity during booking.

AC will not operate in hilly areas.

Vehicle details & driver contact will be shared 5 hours before arrival.

In rare cases, driver/vehicle may be changed due to operational reasons.

Guests must verify the vehicle condition immediately on the first use.

Any issues must be reported to our operations team on the spot.

4. Meals Included

Meals included in the package start with Dinner on Day 1 and end with Breakfast on the Last Day.

5. Hotel / Resort Policies

Standard check-in: 2:00 PM, check-out: 11:00 AM

Complimentary upgrades are subject to availability.

Room category, size & facilities may differ for multiple rooms booked.

Guests must verify hotel vouchers (dates, room type, meal plan) before travel.

Room heater charges—extra, as per hotel policy.

Hotels in hill stations are categorized as Standard/Deluxe/Luxury/Premium, not by “Star Rating”.

Any tour amendment is treated as cancellation.

Minor changes will be charged as communication cost.

8.Refund Policy

The Fox Traveller acts only as a facilitator. Refund is subject to receiving funds from service providers.

Delay or non-receipt of refunds from airlines/hotels is not under our control.

No refund for:

Unutilized services

Unutilized meals

Complimentary services

Seasonal rate differences apply for date changes.

9.Payment Terms

Flight Ticket Booking: 100% payment in advance

Package Booking:

50% at booking

Remaining 100% before voucher & itinerary delivery

Bookings made within 30 days of travel → Full payment required.

Urgent bookings (2–3 days prior) → Full payment required.

No credit policy available.

10.Ticketing Conditions

The Fox Traveller is not part of airlines or Indian Railways.

No guarantee for flight/train schedules, delays, cancellations, or seat preferences.

Guests must verify all ticket details (name, age, date, timing) at issuance.

Loss due to delays, missed flights/trains is the guest’s responsibility.

11.Vehicle Usage Rules

Vehicle usage: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (flexible only in emergencies).

Driver must be informed in advance about next day’s plan.

Political strikes or road blocks may affect movement; alternative costs are borne by guests.

Rohtang Pass & Atal Tunnel are not included; guests must hire a separate vehicle.

12. Meals Policy

Buffet timings must be followed strictly.

Extra meals outside the buffet timing are chargeable.

Complimentary children only get buffet meals; extra orders are chargeable.

13. General Terms

Company may shift guests to another similar category hotel in unavoidable situations.

Guests must check all travel documents before starting the tour.

The company is not liable for delays due to strikes, weather, or technical reasons.

14. Liability Disclaimer

The Fox Traveller is not responsible for any accident, loss, injury, or damage during travel.

Travel is undertaken at the customer’s own risk.

15. Acceptance

By continuing with your booking and submitting the form, you agree to all Terms & Conditions mentioned above.
