This 6-day journey through the Eastern Himalayas offers a perfect blend of scenic beauty, cultural immersion, and serene leisure. Starting with your arrival at Bagdogra or NJP, you'll be whisked away to Gangtok, where the Teesta River and MG Marg welcome you with charm. Day two takes you to the breathtaking Tsomgo Lake and the revered Baba Mandir, with an optional visit to Nathula Pass for the adventurous. A full day of Gangtok sightseeing follows, showcasing monasteries, viewpoints, and Tibetan heritage. Then, it's off to Darjeeling, where you’ll unwind before an early morning visit to Tiger Hill for a spectacular sunrise. The final day includes iconic spots like the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, tea gardens, and Japanese Temple before heading back to Bagdogra or NJP for departure. A well-paced itinerary that balances nature, culture, and relaxation.

DAY 1
Bagdogra Airport / NJP Rly Station to Gangtok - Arrival & Transfer
Arrive at Bagdogra Airport. Meet & greet at the airport and we assist you to board your vehicle. Enjoy the picturesque view enroute, as the mighty Teesta River flows by. Check in to your hotel. Evening will be for your leisure. You can explore the famous MG Marg to treasure some unique souvenirs. Overnight stay will be at Gangtok.

DAY 2
Gangtok to Tsogmo Lake & Baba Mandir - Day Excursion
After breakfast, start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft. / 37 Kms. / 02 Hrs. from Gangtok) and further drive to Baba Mandir (13,200 ft. / 16 Kms. / 01 Hrs. from Tsomgo Lake). Evening back to Gangtok. Overnight stay at Gangtok. (Optional: Nathula is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We must be informed in writing. We need minimum 72 hours’ notice to process it. Nathula remains closed on Monday. Nathula cost is mentioned in the chart below)

DAY 3
Gangtok - Full Day Sightseeing
Start for a Full day city tour covering Tashi view point, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Flower show, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre (Closed on Sunday and 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month), Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Sunday), Dro-dul Chorten, Gonjang Monastery and Bakthang water Falls (maximum 6 hours). Overnight stay at Gangtok.

DAY 4
Gangtok to Darjeeling - Transfer
After breakfast, transfer to Darjeeling (6,950 Ft.). On arrival check-in to hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

DAY 5
Darjeeling - Fullday Sightseeing with Tiger Hill
Early morning (4:00 AM) visit Tiger Hill (Subject to availability of Permit / Token) and then back to hotel. After breakfast, starting at 8.30 AM, visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Ropeway, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Japanese Temple. Evening free for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Darjeeling to Bagdogra Airport / NJP Rly Station - Transfer and Departure
After breakfast Checkout from hotel and take, the departure transfers to Bagdogra International Airport for your onward journey.
